A maintenance order has been raised against the freestanding doorway in the Lot Nineteen car park, the subject of a panel discussion on this network earlier in the schedule. The order was raised by continuity and has been open eleven days.
The order classifies the doorway as an aperture and as network property. It records that the aperture entered the inspection schedule in 1961 and has passed sixty-five annual inspections since, and notes separately that it was not visible for any of them. The variance being recorded is not that the doorway appeared. It is that it was seen.
Access is from the east verge, egress the same way, and the dwell limit is four minutes. The reverse face of the aperture is listed as a separate site and is not scheduled.
Attending is Crew 4, who have been on site since the third of this month. Two departments have written to continuity regarding jurisdiction. Both letters are attached to the order. Neither is a form.
