A study released this morning finds that Mondays are, legally speaking, optional, and have been since a clerical revision in 1961 that nobody has since contested.

Citizens wishing to opt out may do so by filing form 12B, which requires form 12B. The state website hosting both forms went down at approximately nine o'clock and has not returned.

Employers are not required to honor the opt-out, and researchers stressed that this does not make Mondays mandatory. It makes them unresolved.

Nobody made them compulsory. Everyone simply arrived.
